Workteams spend most of their time at Chacocente working with the families, and take a few side-trips of their choice (to the beach, Masaya Volcano, etc.).
Delegations come to experience Nicaragua, and spend two-to-three days working at Chacocente as part of their overall experience.
Many people come as part of a delegation, and then return as part of a workteam!
